Matthew Sampson MD

Dr. Sampson grew up in central California. He went to Brigham Young University and subsequently transferred to the University of Utah where he finished his Bachelor's degree. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College in conjunction with spending three years in Guadalajara, Mexico at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He completed his internship and residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He has also served the people of Honduras during his two medical missions at a local hospital there.  He was introduced to the Gila Valley during his search to settle down in Arizona (his wife is from Phoenix), was impressed with the valley, and has established his family here at Family Medical Center. His wife and four children have also grown fond of this valley and are happy to call this home.
