| Dr. Damron grew up in eastern Arizona. He graduated from Duncan High School and attended EAC. He completed his Bachelor's degree at Northern Arizona University and his Osteopathic Doctorate at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, a campus of Midwestern University. |
Dr. Sampson grew up in central California. He went to Brigham Young University and subsequently transferred to the University of Utah where he finished his Bachelor's degree. He completed his medical school at New York Medical College in conjunction with spending three years in Guadalajara, Mexico at the Universidad Autonoa de Guadaljara. |

| Dr. Wright was born and raised in a rural community in the Texas Panhandle. He attended the University of Texas, then transferred and graduated from Brigham Young University. He attended medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. |
